Step 1

Received Your E-Gift Card

E-Gift Card is delivered to the recipient instantly via email and SMS — containing the voucher and security code.

Check your inbox or SMS for your card details

Download the app — once you register, your gift card appears automatically. No screenshots, no hassle

Step 2

Visit Any Partner Store

Head to any retail store of your partner brand anywhere in Pakistan. Use the vendor list to find the nearest location.

Step 3

Show Your E-Gift Card

At the checkout counter, show your E-Gift Card — either on giftkarte app, screenshot or as a physical card.

Present the 12-digit Gift Card number to the cashier

Also share the 4-digit Security Code received via email/SMS

Step 4

Cashier Processes Redemption

The cashier will enter or scan your voucher with the security code. The card value is applied to your bill instantly.

Show your E-GiftCard

If purchase exceeds the card balance, simply pay the difference.

If purchase is less than the card balance, the remaining amount stays for next redemption.

Special Note for Metro Store Customers

For Metro Stores only, please contact the Metro Customer Service Desk first upon arrival — and they will take care of the redemption process for you. This applies to all Metro Cash & Carry locations across Pakistan. For all other partner brands, simply present your card code at the regular checkout counter.
